Overview
Black Fuel Emirates provides professional automotive consulting and support services, including vehicle import consulting, administrative support, coordination assistance, and other automotive-related consulting services.
Because our services involve professional time, research, preparation, documentation, and personalized assistance, payments may become non-refundable once work on a service has begun.
By purchasing or engaging our services, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a service, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests received before work has commenced may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances and any costs already incurred.
Once Black Fuel Emirates has begun providing consulting, reviewing information, preparing documentation, performing administrative work, or otherwise allocating resources to the engagement, fees for work already performed are generally non-refundable.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed individually based on the circumstances of the service.
A refund may be considered if Black Fuel Emirates is unable to provide the service purchased and no reasonable alternative can be offered.
Refunds will generally not be provided for:
- Consulting or support services already performed.
- Administrative work or documentation already prepared.
- Work completed at the client’s request.
- Changes in the client’s circumstances after work has commenced.
- Delays or outcomes resulting from third parties or circumstances outside our control.
If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Vehicle Import Consulting
Our vehicle import consulting service provides professional guidance and administrative support to help clients understand and navigate the vehicle import process.
Black Fuel Emirates does not guarantee customs approvals, transportation schedules, inspections, governmental decisions, processing times, or other outcomes controlled by independent third parties or public authorities.
A delay, rejection, regulatory change, or third-party decision does not constitute grounds for a refund for consulting or administrative services already provided.
Third-Party Services and Costs
Certain processes may require independent providers such as transportation companies, customs professionals, inspection services, government agencies, or other specialized providers.
Black Fuel Emirates may assist with communication and coordination with these independent providers when required.
Third-party fees and expenses are separate from our professional fees unless expressly stated otherwise and are subject to the refund and cancellation policies of the respective provider.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information and documentation necessary for us to perform the requested services.
Delays, additional work, or inability to complete a service resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or late information provided by the client will not normally constitute grounds for a refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If an approved refund has not yet appeared in your account, please allow sufficient processing time for your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Processing times are controlled by the relevant financial institution and may vary.
If the expected processing period has passed, please contact us.
Payment Disputes
If you believe there is an issue with a payment or service, please contact Black Fuel Emirates first so that we can review the matter and attempt to resolve it.
A payment dispute or chargeback does not automatically cancel amounts legitimately due for services already provided.
